The information and products provided by WallArtDecor.ae are intended for general decorative purposes. By accessing our website and purchasing our products, you acknowledge and agree to the following disclaimers:

1. Product Representation and Color Accuracy

While we strive to display the colors and textures of our Acrylic, MDF Wood, and Forex art as accurately as possible, please note:

• Display Variations: Due to differences in monitor calibrations and screen settings, the actual color of the physical product may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.
• Material Naturalism: For our MDF Wood collection, please be aware that wood is a natural-based product. Minor variations in texture or grain are inherent characteristics of the material and are not considered defects.

2. Frameless Aesthetic and Design

All products sold on WallArtDecor.ae are exclusively frameless. We do not provide, sell, or support traditional frames. Our products are designed to be mounted as standalone pieces. Any lifestyle imagery on our website showing "frames" is for illustrative context only; however, our commitment is to a 100% frameless catalog.

3. Installation and Safety

• Mounting: Our pieces come with hidden mounting systems designed for the "floating" effect. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the wall type is suitable for the weight of the material (particularly heavier Acrylic or MDF pieces).
• Liability: WallArtDecor.ae is not liable for any damage to property or personal injury resulting from improper installation, wall failure, or mishandling of the art pieces once they have been delivered.

4. Intellectual Property of Custom Uploads

For customers using our custom print services:

• You represent and warrant that you own the rights to, or have obtained all necessary permissions for, any images you upload for printing on our Acrylic, MDF, or Forex panels.
• WallArtDecor.ae reserves the right to refuse any order that we believe violates copyright laws or contains offensive/inappropriate content.

5. Usage and Environment

While our Forex and Acrylic materials are highly durable, we recommend following our care instructions. WallArtDecor.ae is not responsible for damage caused by:

• Prolonged exposure to extreme direct sunlight (UV fading).
• Excessive moisture or outdoor elements (unless specifically stated as an outdoor-rated product).
• The use of harsh chemical cleaners on the Acrylic or Wood surfaces.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, WallArtDecor.ae shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
